The KatieRam Office Building was the first commercial property to debut Maharishi Vastu in the western world. Carefully designed and constructed according to ancient Vedic principles demonstrated to improve mental clarity and well being, the building introduced an entirely new paradigm of productive, settled workspace into the modern business world.
The KatieRam building offers 15,674 sqf of elegant, modern workspace. The airy foyer features an stunning window array open to the 2nd story, flooding the entrance to the building in eastern light. The building is finished in a inviting palate of warm tones, complimented by warm wood and tile accents. Each office is beautifully appointed with ample windows for natural daylighting, high efficiency lighting for improved energy efficiency, and contemporary color palate.
The KatieRam Building is situated on 3rd Street, a block away from Everybody’s Whole Foods and walking distance to the Fairfield city center restaurants and cafes. The building is located just three blocks south of the Maharishi University of Management Campus.
