The GateRidge Court Office Building is the only commercial office space located directly on the Maharishi University of Management Campus, within a minute’s walk to the men and women’s meditation domes. The elegant office park was designed and constructed according to the ancient Vedic principles of Maharishi Vastu, which are demonstrated to improve mental clarity and well being.
The GateRidge Court Office Building offers 26,552 sqf of airy, elegant, modern workspace. The center of the building is an open courtyard, with a thoughtfully designed garden terrace for enjoying the outdoors. Each office has been designed to inspire productivity, with appointments such as large windows to the outdoors in each office, and a soft, sophisticated color palette of warm cherry and golden hues. The building has been designed to meet the special needs of our clients including in the layout both single room offices and elegant business suites. Additional design features include an airy foyer of the building features an stunning window array open to the 2nd story, with a reception area especially for building tenants.
